more questions, carbon swingarm cover....

mornnnnnnnnnnnnning

How do you guys secure these then ?

i have to drill/mount holes on it on top of swingarm, but doesn't it flap about ?

glue ? sealent ? what do you use please chaps ?

The MS Production one I got has a kind of cup situation at the bottom that fits around the swingarm; absolute PITA to get on therefore immovable when fitted, even without fixings.

What about good old fashioned silicone sealant steve..?

The MS ones don't need anything, they chain guide secures them to the top of the swing arm, and the bottom clips under the swingarm, it's a b*tch to get on and off (remove rearset etc) and once on it isn't going anywhere

it's got a bit of a lip on the bottom, but i doubt it will be enough to secure it..

Silicone sealent looks the likely option i agree...

Did you get the one with the chain guard on the bottom?

Nopes, bought it from DukeDemon on ebay (sprocket one racing) it's just the standard road one, not the racing one.

don't need that :)

i assume Velcro is the word.... but you lost me....

i have loads of it at home actually....

how will velcro help ?

it is, and I dont expect pedantics from you...:P

stick one side to the swingarm and the other to the hugger - bingo holds it in place and is removable if you ever need to sell etc
