I want to ride this road But here's two guys on goldwings doing it instead makes the A272 look a bit pants really  Just goes to show you can hustle a goldwing eh Paul ;) |

It's a bit too straight for me  I wonder how many bikes end up in the woods each year? :o |
LOL. Need stiffer springs, higher ride height ... hmm, I think a Duc might be right for this road. |
Is that his tongue dragging on each corner!! This fellow was just about to do the same run!! As the girl shouts ' Don't go too far'. And just confused him. http://www.wackyvids.com/movies/2whe...ndnewbike.html |
I confess....... Nigel posted this up after a discussion last Sunday when I confessed to buying a Goldwing 1100 Aspencade to replace my blown-up 400-4 in the winter of 1983/4 when I was commuting from Burnham on Crouch down to Portsmouth each week. Was the perfect bike for it, especially hustling it around the (then derestricted) lanes from Dorking, Shere and Godalming before the M25 was finished. The on-board compressor got a lot of use! Press the button to soften the ride on dual carriageways, press the button to stiffen the suspension fot the twisty bits. My one didn't have running boards but that's when I first got used to grinding the toes off my boots  |
Cant see the wood for the goldwings |
