Do any of you self-employed folks have a good contact for PLI please????

Needing this to get trackside this year, but the thought of paying more for this than I do for a Group 17, 160+mph bike when all I wanna do is take pics fills me with tfears of drilling wood panels for the rest of my life rather than doing something I enjoy.
