I've been working on one of my 800's:

Fitted Power Commander and uploaded a tweaked map - there's something really geeky about having a laptop hooked up to an old air-cooled 2vlv twin and seeing my neighbour's eyes out on stalks (he's a Max Power car freak with an Escort Cosworth - I've just outblinged him). :D

Fitted spoke alloy Marchesinis.

Fitted cast-iron fully-floating Brembos.

Fitted 4-pad calipers robbed off a 998.

Installed K&N filter with a cutaway air box

Fitted DP rearsets

Now I'm just waiting for my pipes and next week it's the Ohlins and refurbed fully-adjustable Showa forks with Ohlins springs.
