Great upgrade I have one in my 996, one of the ones Ray Stringer commisioned, when he was Hizzy's team mate in the Devimead Ducati Team. where spondon take a bit out of one swinging arm and insert it into another swingarm Mine came with a Maxton modified Koni but is now connected via a more adjustable Penske |
1 Attachment(s) Spondon swing arm with an extra bit welded into the middle(don't think the extra bit was from another arm ?) hence the two welds, have not seen the early ones but would i be right in assuming they had one welded seem? Picture of Maxton shock good bit of kit very little use Open to offers will fit 748-916-998 PM me for more info |
My early one has one arm cut right thru and a 25mm section cut from another arm welded in, the back of the arm (closest to the wheel) has been removed so all the internal bracing could be welded then the back has been welded back on. My arm has been used in a couple of Manx GP seniors and was also used very effectively by Dave Morris (Chryslis Racing) on his 955 |
