HELP!! Termignoni 749R

Hello,

I have a qestion about the Termignoni 749R cannister.

The wining protection under the rear das not fit.

Did some off you also have this problem.

yes it will do.......but like all things big exhaust fitting, it is a bit of a struggle. Dont expect to just bolt something on sadly, you have to take time to fit it!:D

Hi Andyb,

I have put the complete Termignoni exhaust
myself including the ECU and the racingairfilters.
Only the wining protection seems to be a problem.
When i put it on the standerd cannister it will fit,
but on the Termi it comes to the edge of the cannister
and the subframe off the bike.

Gr,Linda

they all do that ....you just have to force it .... :puzzled:

KeefyB 19-Mar-2006 19:31

Yep the tube does run very close to the subframe,.....as nathan said, you may have to force it.

:devil:I had the same problem with my termi can. When the tube was placed in the recess in the underneath of the exhaust and lined up all the bolts it stuck out of one end about 40mm too far.In the end i cut the excess off with a dremel:lol:

Hu...mine fit perfectly. You can see it's close to the sub frame here, but there was no struggle to get it in, and all holes lined up perfectly. No bending, cutting, cusing, fighting required.

Looks like his pipes has stockings on:D I had to give mine a little bend at the end because it was i little close to the subframe. Didn't want it rubbing.
