900SS Cans
 

I'm picking up my year 2000 900SS this weekend :D It has high level 'Performance by Ducati' Remus cans fitted to it. I will also be getting the standard cans and footpegs with the bike. I will want to change them over occasionally so I can carry a passenger.

As it has the Remus cans already fitted, is it more than likely the ECU has been uprated as well? When I put the original cans back on is it likely to cause any running issues?

IME few people uprate the ecu. Best way is to check the part numbers though - just to be sure. If it hasn't then you might wanna consiider a Power Commander. It's always a good idea to get the misture properly optimised or at least checked for peace of mind.
