Number plates
 

Does anyone know what the penalty is for having a small plate on ? Just picked up me new bike (S4R) lifted the seat up and to my surprise, previous owner had left his plate there. Is it just a ticking off by pc plod or points ?

Ticking off or £30.00 fine max. no points.

But it also gives them an excuse to pull you over and start looking (yes, I know they don't need an excuse....)...
