hi folks,just after some tips on the best way to change my old rusty's for some nice sparklin john hackett specials i've purchased...i know this as probably been covered but cant find posts cheers all:burn:

This is one of the easiest jobs, it must be as I have done it. Replace each spring one at a time. Use an Allen key and undo each screw, remove the spring and cap. Replace with new spring and re-assembly.

I think they are only about 5 nm which is next to nothing at all(nip is about it). Do it when cold and use thread lock on the bolts hope this helps
