clutch noise

Hi
I get a deep drone noise when I am slipping the clutch. There is also some vibration. Is this a sign that the clutch is on it's way out?
Cheers

No, proberbly just a case of clutch dust and debris that needs cleaning off the plates every now and then, quit normal. Strip the clutch down and give it a clean. 1/2 hour job. 4D

I bet it sounds like a braying donkey,eh??
As 4D says strip the clutch and wipe out all the dust.Doddle of a job,....just take off the clutch cover.(4x5mm allen bolts)
Then remove the pressure plate,(6x4mm bolts).
Take out the plates and give 'em a wipe.(Remembering the order they were fitted!)
Sould take about 1/2 hour.
