info/advice on Maserati 4200GT Coupe? looking at changing my current for wheels in the next month or 2, been looking at various cars to replace one of Stuttgart's finest and apart from the obvious Italian supercars (i wish! and far too bling) Maserati have caught my eye! Seeing as though there is a lot of Italian 2 wheeled machinery around here i thought see if there is any knowledge of the 4 wheeled variety. Looking at the 4200GT Coupe, same 4244cc V8 48v motor that is also in the Ferrari F430!:D (not quite the same state of tune tho:( ) but still 390bhp:D and with a Tubi it won't sound that much different!:frog: Anyone had/got/know anything about them? I hear horror stories of clutches in the cambiocorsa losing the plot after about 4k miles!:o and mention of budgeting £1/mile for maintanence:puzzled: Not too worried about that as i'm looking at manual boxes:) ![]() ![]() ![]() http://pictures.autotrader.co.uk/ATD...a?id=290421253 what does anyone think about them? It will be my daily drive, but i hardly do any miles commuting so fuel economy is not important (15mpg combined i think) |
Buy last weeks Autocar and they have a comparison test, that makes interesting reading |
