A few words...

... to wish you all a great day :)
What a beautiful weather today... I wish I could ride to go to work.

I wish I could ride to work too! Typical, not a cloud in the sky and the bike is dead.

Tonio600 05-Apr-2006 10:31

Isn't there a way to easily fix that clutch?

Paul James 05-Apr-2006 10:35

Wish I could ride to work...............darn it I work from home :D:D

Bit icy here first thing but looks set to warm up as the recent cold wind seems to have died down quite a bit.

Have fun out there !!!!!!

Yes with the necessary clutch holding tool. I've had a very nice offer from AK to borrow his (via TP). But there is no way I can get to Woking to collect it before I go on holiday on Friday. Glad the bike was not an integral part of this holiday plan!

My next option is to buy said clutch tool off eBay and then I'll have my own forever.

Or........... Does anyone know if it's possible to buy one of these tools from a specialist shop in London? It'd be easier for me to buy and collect rather than wait for an eBay seller's delivery at this point.

What happened to the original hastily provisioned plan of my car? Is my little Peugeot not an appropriate conveyance for someone of your stature and standing in the society?

It certainly hooked around the Heathrow perimeter road this morning, loving the new road they've put in and the big roundabouts. I'd love to get a bike around here :)

Yes it's fine and I appreciate it. But with no bike and the trains out of action at Richmond, I'm stuck on buses that take forever (2 hours from White City last night) and I'm not getting home from work until after 8pm. Makes another journey to Woking quite late. Let's chat and see what we can arrange tonight perhaps. Thanks TP.

Ahhh, I didn't know the trains were out! Glad I don't work in the city at the moment ...

At that time of night it would take us about 20-30 minutes to get to Alan and Charlotte's house and I know the way.

Just let me know what you want to do mate.

Besides, I'm sure we could combine that activity with something else to make the evening more worthwhile :D
