Dam
I was going to have both off him, now I have to bid against you:(

Someone has beat us all to it, just had my bid cancelled due to the item being "no longer for sale!" otherwise known as the underhand "how much to end it early mate?" scam.

Does anyone know if you can still get the risers from new?

Hmmmm....Can't see how the riser bars on the ebay link work, unless they change the angle of the clip on slightly to lift it a bit, but even if they're right up under the yoke they don't look as if they'll lift the bars very much.

There are quite a few places that do high quality aftermarket riser systems. There are:

Helibars, they do good quality risers that will do the job

Cyclecat, whose RIPS system is lush, but pricey

Convertibars, whose system has so much rise adjustment you could start humming Steppenwolf songs or star on American Chopper

Gilles, who are better known for rearsets but do a 'variobar system' as well

There are probably loads of others, these are just the ones that came to mind

Thanks Jools,
I will check them out
