855 Big Bore Kit

Just heard through the grapevine that Cornerspeed are in the process of developing an 855 kit foir 748's.

As far as I can gather he is having special pistons made in the states to keep the weight the same as the smaller 748 pistons to avoid having to re-balance crank - and of course strip the engine down to far!

He is getting the cylinder bored and nickersil plated locally though. Can't wait to see/try the first one! :sing:

Still some detail work to do, but the first batch of pistons are on order and due in from the States in about 3 weeks.

Thats one of the "details" to be finalised Syer, but as a package, based around a full top end refurb and the best part of a full service, I'm trying to get it around the £1800 mark, possibly less.
Lots of sums to do yet though ;)

initial interest is good though......so good that it looks like my own bike will now have to wait a while longer
