well finally got my 748 back on the road after it's running probs - 900 squid later but it went like a dream. anyway thanks to mav for the offers of help.

anyway, managed a grand total of 200 miles before some bint t-boned me and sent it spinning under a bus. so back to the garage it went for another 2 grands worth of repairs. now I'm stuck here on a sunny easter weekend listening to all the twins running past my house - bo**ocks.

only joy at the moment is choosing new leathers and helmet at someone elses expense!

there are times when you wonder whether it's worth the hassle.....

anyone any suggestions for coping with the boredom?
