748 Buyers guide
 

Riding the Fazer and seeing the 748s and 99*s yesterday has only reinforced that I want to move to a 748 in the near future.

So does anyone have a magazine article which would be the definitive buyers guide to the models, colours, kit and what to look for? I have a Ride article from November 2003 which ****s it off a lot (apart from on smooth out of town roads) but does not give too much away.

If anyone has anything then would be grateful to have copies. I am on Italy trip so if you are also going could let me have it then.....

Neil Murray (occasionally of this parish) wrote one for Bike a while ago which I might be able to find/scan for you. It has been discussed on here many times though - maybe look for Shazaam's tips?

Plenty of good stuff in there. I have a 748S, 2002 model. Fantastic bike, gets better every time I go out.
