Brembo wheel finish
 

I have just removed some staining from my rear with a bit of t-cut. Now this area has a glossy finish to it, the rest of the wheel has a satin finish.

Now the question is what is the correct finish? Should they be glossy and my wheels have just dulled overtime. Or should they have a satin finish, in which case how can I dull the glossy patches i've created?
