Anyone translate this..? (French to English) Hi guys I've a Dyno Chart print-out which came with the bike I've just imported. However, it's in French, so I'm having to guess a little at what it means. The columns are headed: *Proue cv* *ECETrq CNm* *puiss cv* *Lambda Ratio* *Pvi/re cv* *Pro/re cv* Anyone help with its translation? (The free translation sites don't put these abbreviations into the context of an engine's output, so aren't much help!) I've a receipt too, which says: réglage soupapes contrôle divers jeux fonctionnement joint carter embrayage passages banc I think it's something to do with the valves/clutch etc. But what exactly? (Come on Phill911, where are you..?) Cheers Steve |

CNm is Newton-metres(hundreds) ie equiv to ft/lbs cv = cheval-vitesse I think (horse-speed) |
"réglage soupapes contrôle divers jeux fonctionnement" Something along the lines of "valve adjustment and check operation of various controls " I fink....... :P |
lamda is a gas measurement to do with your fuelling/exhaust, obviously used on every dyno. |
sorry, that was not in French  |
