916 Single Seat Unit
 

Hi wonder if anyone cann help, I bought a single seat unit genuine ducati part off ebay anyway it doesn't appear to fit my 1995 biposta! It appears to hit the top of the sub frame. Also the biposta seat wont fit it

Have a look at the thread lower down"Bip to Single seat Swap",theres a few parts required to change seat units.
Where wont the biposta seat unit fit?

The single unit appears but not 100% sure to touch the top of the sub frame. As for the riders seat off my biposta unit the two rear studs are a mile off the one in the sps unit

Hello mate, i have got the BIP convertor stuff from Ducati if you are interested? the bracket is different, and you also get long bolts and spacers that will sort the positioning on the subframe, as for the bip seat pad, it is not designed for the single seat so you will either have to drill the seat to accept the seat pad or by the single seat pad to fit the seat unit, its never easy is it!!
