extra prizes at DD races
 

As those that attended the prize giving at brands will have noticed i gave 1st,2nd and 3rd placed riders a bottle of fizz each.
On the journey home i gave this some thought and it seemed that it might be better to spread the prizes out,so a cunning plan has been devised!
The plan is to draw 3 numbers from the hat BEFORE the races and the riders that finish in those positions will win a bottle (may be fizz or wine),the question is do riders agree with this and if so do we include the top 3 finishers in the draw,and should we tell the riders before racing the draw numbers?

Oh and yes, it's a good idea to have some extra prizes not associated with the podium - draw 3 random places (excluding 1st, 2nd, 3rd) after the race to keep it all fair and give incentive for finishing!

Maybe even do it like the tyres? Once you win a bottle you can't win another, ie, draw another number?

I think it's a good idea but don't tell the riders.
