Rear sprocket nut
 

Righto, im trying to fit a q/r carrier and i cannot get the sprocket nut (41mm) to move, i think ill manage to bend the bar and pole im using first!!! Any ideas?

Get yourself an Impact wrench. I've got a 12v one which works a treat. If you were local to me then I'd lend it to you.

It took a 1m bar and 110Kg of weight to move mine!!!!

It's a left-handed thread isn't it?????

No. It's a conventional right hand thread.
