Dainese use Nine Lives in Farnborough, in the back streets behind Infinity.
13B Morris Road
GU14 6HJ
They can do anything !

Ditto the above 2 posts. BUT take it back and let the retailer give you the choice of a refund or replacement prior to Dainese sending it to Nine-Lives (top guys there, Made my wifes one piece and done loads for me)as a warrenty issue.
I'd suggest a busy shop on a saturday is the best time to get it sorted.

get that offer in writting or from the manager before you lay out any cash.

As for Nine Lives, I'm in Derby and most of my mates still send their leaters to Nine Lives to be repaired.

I used GLF Accessories in Flitwick, Beds for my Daineses and Ali's race suit. It has to be sent away so you'd need to allow a couple of weeks but Graham does his best to get things back quickly. Give him a call on 01525 717009 and tell him Ruth sent you. :bouncy::bouncy:
