Everybody "dies" - apart from the last man standing - that's the point :D
(I don't think anyone has actually died though or I think the authorities would have stepped in)

The rules are tailored for each city to take account of the habitat (that's one of the reasons that they chose Vienna for the first European one - it's quite small).
