spark plugs

Bradders
these plugs appeared in my 916sp some years ago.
They are better than standard plugs, but require a high energy cd type ignition system to run em, and they foul up a lot more than standard plugs.
you can buy them from the usa for just under $7 each, (3.1/2 quid).

I run the RA series plug in my sps, and they are fine, you dont need these really, unless you are racing your bike...youd be better off putting your money in the tank and enjoying the ride.

if you do need some, let me know, as im in the US until sept

Bradders,
On another note, you really need to advance the ignition in theory with these plugs too, as the spark occurs a relatively further distance from the combustion area.

You may note that the ebayer selling these hasnt a clue about engines and mentions " 1.They do not protrude as much into the cylinder enabling the highest possible compression.".... how does he reckon this ??
