Been waiting over a week for a new oil cooler ordered through metropolis parts. 'aint turned up yet so I cancelled it, maybee a bit premature, but got the feeling i was starting to get the run around. Didn't seem like the parts guy gives a s**t. I'm predicting they won't have the dealership within a year! (ha ha) just a gut feeling....have I been too hard on him?

august is shut down time in italy - two weeks either side is pretty rubbish too. try daytona near kings cross?? only you know if you have been hasty.

I think you have been too harsh mate......I wouldn't be surprised at a 2 week wait for a non service part from Ducati normally, but as M'pink has said; it's shutdown in Italy so you won't get anything until mid Sept anyway.

err, I wouldn't bother. they went under last year.

the daytona service and parts centre is in field street /very close to kings x station - i got a new indicator yesterday on my way in to work, i think you are thinking of the Angel showroom which used to do some parts and clothing and service before they opened the field street centre.

ya wouldn't believe it, the sodding cooler has just arrived this morning at metropolis, so I can go and get it! ha ha ha. Guess I'll have to take it all back, egg, face, you know the rest!

Damn I'll get me coat.....

.... what with the world cup and it being August I was pretty delighted to get my T9s back this week after my little tumble a month ago :-)

The Guys at P&H were helpful as always, just not the quickest service in the world .....
