Ducati ST4S (with a Twist!)

I've decided to sell my ST4S project as I can't see me getting any use out of it.
The twist is that it has a number of modifications to sort of update the ST concept.
The main ones are:-
Monster S4R swinging arm with multistrada rear wheel.
Monster S4R shorty Termi can (new)
Ducati Performance header pipes.
998 front calipers
DP brake hoses.
DP Steering damper.
Late ST4S top fairing with headlight and indicators
CRG shorty folding levers.
ST4S Ohlins rear shock
DP clutch and red clutch plate
Open clutch cover
White rear indicator lenses
New DID sealed chain
New battery

The bike is a 2000 Y reg ST4S with 27k miles on it and has been painted in Senna silver (the paint is a fortune!!). It run and all the electrics work.
The front Tyre is a BT045 and is virtually new. The rear is a 190 section Continental, but could do with being changed for a 180.
For MOT it needs a chain guard (which I think I have but can't find).
There is a small dent in the tank where I dropped something on it and a small scratch on the other side of the tank. The fairing decal is missing on the near side as the painter damaged it, but they are available from Image Works in the midlands.
Otherwise it is in good condition, but needs a good clean.

The bike is currently stored at work in York and can be viewed there or at my home near Rugby by prior arrangement.
I'm only selling as I want to concentrate on my classic bike projects and this will be the first time in over ten years that I've been without a Ducati.
I'm looking for £2250 but would deal on a two stroke scooter or bike.
The DP seat isn't included but I will supply a good standard one instead.
The DP seat and front/rear stands are available separately

What a crackin looking conversion - well done.

Sorry to be a vulture but I'd be interested in the DP seat!

Good luck - Frank

NB - Im VERY curious on what effect the DP headers and Termi have on the engine feeling???

Also - Handling effect of the different swingarm.

Oddly - I have a slightly battered QuatD box somewhere that I think would look mint on there - LOL

Finally - John @ Alpha suspension in Leeds fitted Racetech Gold valves on the forks in my ST4s and really improved the handling.

I've never ridden an ST4S with the standard exhausts, I had an ST2 as well so the 4S seems quite fit compared to that!
Handling is just like an ST, but the 190 tyre is too wide really (although it gives a nice rear view!!)

More photo's please!

Esp, rear conversion and new upper fairing :D

(Dont worry - I found them ;-) )

Now, if you'd have put a 1098 motor in it, I'd be selling a kidney - lol.
