Enlightening.... Foggy & Michaela both ride 'Panzers'.

Here is one for Henners (Henry)......

Even our DSC 'Honorary President' Carl Fogarty and his wife Michaela both ride 'Panzers'. :o
Apparently "the Fogartys have quite obviously now seen the light."

What's the big deal? I'd have probably done the same on account of the fact that the Beemer is a good tool for the job. There's nothing in Ducati's catalog that does a similar job as well.

I never said there was a big deal. I don't care what Foggy rides!
I don't have any problem with BMW's, in fact I like them having ridden a R100CS during the late 80's / early 90's. My dad has recently bought a BMW, although I've not got around to riding his one yet.
Agreed, a Beemer is a good tool for the job, however I disagree that 'There's nothing in Ducati's catalog that does a similar job as well.' Depending on road conditions, what about an ST, Multistrada or the new hypermotard thing ?

I've heard, on the QT mind, that we are going to have to put six yards of concrete in each of your panniers for this forthcoming Normandy trip as your Panzer has some kind of supercharger or warp drive thingey :D

Henners is actually full of helium to reduce weight and improve his warp speed, I've seen it first hand.

 - it's going to be brisk ... very brisk :) ;) :)
