It's taken me a couple of days to get this done (moving house is not fun!).

I had a generally good weekend. Thought I had done really well on Saturday, finishing fourth and third in class. Then brought back to earth with fifteenth in Race One on Sunday. Brought it back in Race 2 though with my first Top 10 finish. I almost should apologise to Murray and Doug Clemmens who were ahead of me on track at the red flag moment.

Positions are taken as at the last time you crossed the line, so Murray and Doug must have passed you after this. It's all in the ACU rule book!

Yep, and I thought they had passed me in the main straight, before the start finish line, on the lap prior to the one that was red flagged.

Check the pdf file of the results as it has the lap charts in there, but this would have been the same info that the results people had so I expect you just remembered wrong.

As you crossed the line to complete lap 7, you and Murray broke the timing beam in exactly the same time, and Doug was 1/10th behind. So you were awarded the correct position Phill ;)
