DSC/DD in 2007

I don't want any arguing here or stupid comments just constructive positive ideas for next year !

My thoughts

1. a designated dd area in the paddock as per castle combe if possible ? that was a great meeting with a real club feel because of this
2. a named dsc/dd member who non racers visiting the circuit to watch dd can find and be introduced to the racers and join in the whole 'club' event
3. experienced riders willing to help 1st time racers at the first meeting, it can be daunting so someome to show them the ropes takes some of the worry off them
4. free cakes and biscuits for the no.67 rider
5. a scantil clad brolly dolly for no.67 rider

** ideas 4 and 5 are non optional...

Sound like good ideas to me. Point 2 will help to make the series spectator friendly. Points 4 & 5, add rider 76 to that please!!!

I thought the no.67 rider had retired ;)

I agree ....

If we can get a designated DD paddock area that would be great..give a real focal point for supporters and generate the club feel....

Im already helping a first time racer next year ..possibly..but a good idea to invent a "buddy system"

4/5 ..are just plain silly unless its number 2...........

I doubt he'll ever give up on eating pies or cakes. He didn't get where he is today by being a part-timer you know! ;)

With special thanks to Fil2, Skidlids and Nelly...
