DVD to CD?? Help I copied the Muse headline gig at the Leeds- Reading festival onto DVD from my Sky Box, would like to get the sound track onto CD so as to be able to play it in the car. Does anyone know how to do this please???? Thanks in advance. Chris:burn: |
I remember there was some movie creator/editor software I used a few years back that used to let you extract the soundtrack - I think it would be an adruous process though! Try searching shareware.com - there might be specialist s/w to do it now? Good luck - Frank |
I just recorded an old tape onto my PC using the software here http://www.polderbits.com/ All I did was plug the headphone output of an old walkman into the line in socket on my PC and away it went recording a .wav file. You should easily be able to do the same thing from the audio output of your DVD or telly. Once I'd got it into .wav format I edited it a bit, divided it up into tracks (the software will do that for you automatically) and imported it into an iTunes playlist. Pressed the 'burn disc' button on iTunes and there you go...one CD Easy Peasy |
When you get the dvd onto your desktop and open it,what type of file does it say it is? Also, can your car stereo play mp3's? |
Try http://www.brothersoft.com/dvd_video...per_22799.html Or http://www.aoamedia.com/DVD-to-WAV.htm Or http://www.allformp3.com/dvd-audio-ripper.htm Or http://hot-dvd-audio-ripper.citisoft....qarchive.org/ Or, Open your search engine and look for your self, or is it your getting lazy in your old age :) |
