When a new enigine hits the show rooms such as the awaited 1098, what sort of training/information/courses do Ducati give to you guys.

excellent question, I'm also intrigued how long it takes for training/tools/parts & service manuals to arrive, is it at the same time as the new deliverable bikes or how long after ???
