Where are the webteam when you need them.....Right here!

Suppose they're like buses, you never see one for ages then a few arrive at once. Perhaps the web team are far too busy censoring, deleting threads / posts and moderating.
:p ;)

Only joking guys, you've got to have a sense of humour keeping this board going!! I appreciate all the time and effort you spend keeping the message board running. :)

Please change my user / screen name to RD.

The reason is my initials are RD and I'm an RD enthusiast and I've owned a couple of RD's since 1985.

I have been meaning to ask you change it for quite some time.

Thank you for your help.

Best regards,
Richard D.

Hi,

RD does not appear to be taken so I'll get on to it when I get chance.

Brings back happy memories of my RD200 but, lets not go there.

Regards - Frank

NB - Requests like this have a much better chance of being progressed by either PM or Email to the Webteam.

Erm - are you maybe thinking of a later bike Kev, mine was a 1976 model and it only had a kick start.

It didnt hold much interest for me once I started rebuilding a Norton Dominator but THAT really is another story.......

Hi Frank,
Thanks for your response.

RD200 eh... If I had an 'Air Cooled' RD I'd prefer the RD400, but I'm really an LC / YPVS fan, I'm a former member of the 'LC Club' I'll have you know. :smug:

Cheers mate,
Richard.

P.S. Note taken. I should have PM'd or e-mailed you first. Thanks again.

Thanks Pietro,
I've been meaning to change my user name for ages, just never got around to it. I think 'RD' is much better and not so anorak. :D

Take care mate, :)
Richard.

Hi Kevin,
My cousin had a TZR250, white with red speed blocks if I recall correctly.
I always wanted an RD500 in Marlboro colours, sadly I've never bought one. :(

Am I correct in thinking the RD500 had a steel frame and the RZV500 had an alloy frame. :puzzled:
