Minor Looking For His Own Major Sponsorship

Hi my name is Kingsley Ruddy, I'm 12 years old and in to road race big style. I am looking to find a company out there keen to sponsor me over the 2007 race season. I have raced for 3 full seasons, starting on minimotos becoming the British runner up in 2005. In 2006 I moved up on to a Conti V3 50cc 6 gearbox machine (which should have been my learning curve year) but am now the British Conti Cup UK 2006 champion and also the British Junior B Supermoto 2006 champion. I am writing this note with my mum Cheryl sat beside me. I have recently gained my ACU licence ready for my next big season. I have registered to race next season with the ACU-Dunlop Tyres MotoStar Championship in the Sport Production 125 class. Hence my call for financial assistance (please, pretty please etc. etc....) I have been told my riding style is exceptionally smooth and very consistent in all weathers. I did a track day in September at the Ron Haslam Race School where my instructor Virgil Stephenson told me I was the most talented rider of my years he had every come across and that it had been an honour to spend the day with me and if I ever went back to ask for him. I was chuffed to bits hearing thatI can tell you. Even Ron Haslam kept a close eye on me most of the day. Virgil wanted to see how I got on on a 500 but because of insurance purposes wouldn't let me on the track with the adults. I am really going to give it my all next season as this means the world to me. It would be just brilliant if someone read this message and decided to sponsor me as I would have found my own sponsor (cool) instead of my mum and dad doing all the work for me. It would also stop them having to sell our house and live in a tent!!! (only joking). I'll now pass you over to my mum:-

I believe Kingsley has said it all but in all seriousness if anyone is interested in making any commitment we would obviously be happy to discuss what we could do in return. Please tel: 0795 7797 160 Cheryl or 0795 7797186 Steve or e'mail Kingsley@kruddy.orangehome.co.uk. It was a very nice man at the Mick Boddis School who informed us of your site.

Hope to keep you informed of Kingsleys success.

Thanking you in anticipation.

Sorry i can't help, but good luck for the future.

Nice approach giving it a try here, only problem is there are a lot of Desmo Due riders who would like sponsorship as well.

Hope you're a future world champion and i kick myself for not helping.

Good luck.
