750ss wheels fit a 620 ss ie?

does anybody know if the wheels are the same for the two bikes?
fitment as well as rim width....

thanks fella's!

Front axle is a different size - the 620ie uses the same axle as the 748/916, but the carby SS are smaller.

You can remove the bearings and replace the inner spacer with the large size (order from Ducati, not expensive) and then fit the bearings from the newer bike - now it will fit! Cheaper than a new wheel!

The front will be fine, but I think that the 750 rear rim is wider than a 620/600 one and hence would not be allowed.

I think it's only the 900 that had the wider rim, but obviously check it for width as who knows what you've got!

I think the rear axles changed at some point as well, but it all depends on the swingarm you're using too, so see what lines up and use the same trick as above if you need to.

My 750SSie has the same 4 1/2" rear rim as both my 600SS and 750SS and also uses the same spindle.
The front wheel from my 750SSie will swap with the 620S and the later 600 Monsters and 620 Monsters as well as 748/916 and a fair few others.
The front wheel from my 750SS will fit straight into my 600SS and with a swap of spacers and bearings can easily be made to fit the bikes using the larger spindle such as the 750SSie and 620S

Do they do a 620SSie other than the home brewed ones like my Class A bike and Antonye's Class A bike which are both 620 engines in a earlier SS chassis

FWIW - my experience of adapting a wide axle Marchesini front to fit a narrow axle 900ss:
