Another Web shopping ****-up

Someone at Woolworths online shopping site decided to put a Hitachi 42" LCD HD ready TV at £150!!!Surprisingly the site has now crashed.How do companies keep making these mistakes?

They're now claiming their website was hacked,meaning that loads of people who bought the TV and managed to checkout may have given their card details to the hackers!:mad: Luckily i did'nt get through:)
