Hi there Tart Boy 1, long time no hear or see, consumed by the Darkside no doubt, maybe the 1098 will tempt you back
Good news on Tart Boy 2 getting a 1098, I was over Ducati Aylesbury looking at the 1098S in the show room, so far they have taken orders for 17 and if I had the money I would be ordering one to. Talked to Craig that works there he had been out on it the day before and was impressed by the amount of traction it had and as he holds a few North Glos Racing lap records he's probably a good judge.

Try and visit the board more often Dave and maybe we can meet up on a rideout again
Gurston Down Hillclimb anyone :)

Dave if there is one person out there that's going to transform a 1098 into a lighter, sharper, faster tool it would be you if you owned one, we will have to wait for your impressions come your January test ride.
But just in case I'm currently uprating the forks and brakes on my 998 just in case I have to try and keep in sight of your back wheel if we end up on a rideout together, be it on a 1098 or the rice rocket

As for Flanks he is now treasurer of the DSC, still haven't seen him on a Ducati yet !!!!!!
