For the one that includes the choke (fast idle) button:
Part number is #356203 and is £62.48 inc VAT.

For the one that doesn't have the choke (fast idle) button:
Part number is #352003 and is £57.28 inc VAT.

This is the complete assembly including tube and OEM grips.

I've used them loads and although they're in Italy they deliver really quickly to the UK.
