How Reliable Is Panigale V4 S After Recalls Have Been Done?

Looking to buy a mint used low mileage Panigale V4S at the moment. However I'm wondering how reliable the 2018 bikes are after having the recalls done? Are the early Panigale V4S models prone to always having teething problems or would it be better to buy a Panigale from 2019 or even later? Thanks in advance for any replies.
