Test rides......at 18. hi al, First of all,no i dont want to test ride a duke. but being 18 trying to get a test ride on a 600 is IMPOSSIBLE.:(as im on a restricted license. ive had ago on sum 600's but not the one im really interested. People that i know that have 600's will happily let me have a quick tinker on it but i know no one with a kwak 6. i can only sit on the back and thats it,that sucks. Is there anyway of me getting a test ride on a kwak 600 at a bike shop? im not asking for anyone on here for a go on there kwak6 but its just annoying that i cant ride the bike i want too becuase im on a restricted license.:( |
Sorry I haven't got an answer to the test ride problem but I was wondering how much insurance is going to cane you on a sports 600 at 18 and which limb you're gonna have to part with to pay for it? |
Gosh Jewell...Most dealers wouldn't let me test ride anything because I had only just passed. The dealer that I had "bought" the duke from let me take him for a spin only After the deal was signed & sealed...and even then they complained because I took it for a "long" ride! Most would only allow me to ride as a pillion...which I declined and told them to stuff it if they didn't want my business! I'm surprised that you are even managing to get a test ride hun' Lisax |
