Picked up the new Scooter
 

well picked up the new 03 r1 today , feals well diferent from the duke wants to fall on its side .... but i feal needs a damper on pretty quick as even only taking up to 5k running it in feals very light up front ,,,, doesn't sound right needs more mechnical noise and maybe if i lossen all the bolts and let them fall out it will make me feal at home

at the mo impressed Very impressed can not wait till the first service

Very nice - went on the back of one yesterday, great fun. except matey thought it would be hilarious to polish the pillion seat :o

Almost fell off the back of the bike when accelerating, and nearly slipped off the side when leaning! :lol:

Bit underwhelmed first time i rode an R1 was expecting a complete animal but it was just fast very fast!!! but without the aural soundtrack of a duke that makes you know your going fast

Did you think about getting the new 04 bike?
