Yes Kev, Brands it was. Going up the hill into Druids Lucie was taking a much tighter line than me and must have out braked herself as the front wheel tucked under and she parted company with the bike. I was lucky the gap between them was big enough for me to squeeze through.
Lucie got her own back in the 2nd race when I passed her coming into clearways on the last lap but she got me on the line thanks to her significantly better power to weight ratio
Happy memories of my racing days :biaggi:

Me and Dom Clegg had been having a scrap...he was loads quicker than me into Paddock Hill, but I could get the drive back and pass before Druids. However, the previous lap he'd got more of a gap, but I still tried to outbrake from sodding miles back, locked the front and down we went. Ho-hum, was having a good day up until then, LOL :D Had a huge knee and battered hands, but went out in the second race anyway, just for the sake of getting back on the bike and finishing a race :)
