PC email probs, any ideas?
 

When I send an email to somebody in my outlook contacts the email bounces with a "system administrator" message saying the message was not relayed.

When I try to send another message to the same recipient their details have dissapeared from my contacts list. I'm running "Outlook"

This only seems to be happening when using my "ducatiman" account, not my work accounts which all use the same broadband connection.

I'm currently running a full virus scan using that latest updates but all it has found so far are loads of tracking cookies.

Is there a new virus on the block causing this?

Any ideas?

Similar to that but there must be something recent affecting the system that is causing it? Not sure why it only happens on one of my email accounts?

Paul, what is the doamin of the account that you are sending from, is it your own domain or a public one like btinternet.com, if it's your own account then may be your domain has been placed on a SBL list.

It is a btconnect.com email account Murray, other accounts using the same PC are working with no problem so at a loss to understand why?
