New Supermono details: Testastretta As reported by Derek on DuN forum: "This months Motorcycle Sport and Leisure has a one page feature on the new Supermono. The bike is being built in Britain by Supermono expert Alistair Wager with Ducati's approval and using genuine Ducati parts. It has been updated with modern technology and uses a Testastretta head and barrel. The bad news is there will be a limited production run of around 10 bikes and it will cost £35,000. It will be a lot more exclusive than a Desmosedici though" http://www.ducati-upnorth.com/forum/...ad.php?t=10159 Basic details: "Weight - 134 kg Power - 70 bhp / 9800 rpm Single head from a 999R used with a articulated balancer 595 cc displacement (104 x 70) 999R forged piston, titanium conrod, camshaft and 41/33 steel valves Carbon fiber fairings plus carbon tank and rear subframe 6 speed gearbox taken from a 800SS 1098R monobloc Brembos up front Ohlins shocks all round and I forgot to mention - it's fully road legal!"
