Is anyone able to help me.

Long story short, my step son bought a nice little Vauxhall Astra 2.2 SRI on an 03 plate, he suffered an engine failure and so we are now looking for a replacement lump. So far it has had one engine installed by a not so reputable company that "went bust" after this new recon engine gave up the ghost so we could not get it replaced under warranty. Can someone recommend a good place to get such an item, anyone in the trade that can help? We are located in Crawley, Sussex.
