Magnesium Marchies - Story please
 

Hi,

What is the history of Magnesium March wheels on Ducati SBK's.

Or just race wheels in general, compared to OE items for the R bikes etc.

So many variations in story/costs/etc... What makes some wheels worth 2k and other only 500?

Puzzled in Adelaide?

Good question Chris all I know is that I have several different wheels spread across my collection and the prices I have paid vary all over the place

They include

Wide-track front
Narrow-track front
road mag front 5 spoke with speedo drive
road mag front 3 spoke with speedo drive
and several 6" rears

also have
Alloy 5 spokes front and rear
Dymag Mag 5.75" rear
Dymag Mag wide-track front
