To fit the S4R, will fit S4RS & S2R according to Ventura website. Part no. is D023/B which seems to have been superceded by D033/B on website. Easy to fit, instructions included. Removed from a bike with 5k miles so little used and in very good condition. No grab rail or rack, brackets only.
