Wheres my clutch fluid going?

Last week, I noticed my clutch reservoir was nearly empty. I filled it up, went out for a ride & when I got back, its gone again! No evidence of any leaks & the clutch still works when its empty!! Strange

the slave cylinder seal is leaking IMHO you either fit an aftermarket one or replace the piston and seal in the original one mine did the same and was fitted with a new ducati seal and piston the seal is of a different design to stop the leak

IMHO the example by Nigel c sounds like what is called an internal leak. ie the piston seal isnt pushing the fluid.

If your fluid level is going down and your having to top it up, then it must be going somewhere, you just havnt found it yet!!

I think Nigel is right. Sounds like the seal on the slave cylinder has gone awol. The fluid is probably going all around your front sprocket and getting soaked up by the crud that's usually lurking in there.
The later seals are better, but still go.
Evoluzione do a new piston with a double seal on it for about the same money as the Ducati one and it's guaranteed for 10 years.

had a 906 that did the same.
Couldn't see the fluid leak but there is a small hole at the bottom of the clutch cover, run your finger along that and see if the leak is there.
Like everyone else says..slave cylinder, easy peasey job to fit.
