FS: Ducati Corse Termignoni 54mm full race exhaust system 748RS 996SPS
 

As per the title, i'm selling a very rare original full 54mm corsa race exhaust system from 2001 748RS.

This is the bonafide lightweight thin-wall stainless Termignoni system with the tapered 3-piece headers that were only available on the Corse race bikes.

It's also an ideal system for use on the 996S and 996SPS, or any tuned desmoquattro engine that's breathing out around 80 litres per second, for which it offers big top-end power gains.

Very nice condition, just a few minor marks here and there which I have tried to show in the photos.

The mufflers are the short road length and diameter so will fit a road bike without the need to trim the lower edge of the seat unit. Springs are included but straps are NOT included - you can just re-use your road bike ones.

can you confirm length of the cans?

Mike, I'm glad you got me to check because I just measured them and the cans ARE 50mm longer than standard.

The total length is 455mm approx., as opposed to 405mm for the standard Termi cans.

So that also means that any road seat unit will most likely need to be scalloped away a little on the bottom edge to fit these.

Sorry for misleading anyone. I will get my eyesight tested forthwith - I really should have gone to specsavers... :-)

The cheek of it! Those are the finest Russian-made verniers that roubles can buy...
