New bike today
 

So picked up a 749 today, what a bloody cold 80 mile ride home

I think it would have been hire a van if I was picking a bike up in this weather:eek:

Congrats on the new bike. Get some pics up once you've washed the crud off it from the trip home.

Glad to hear that was the only type of bike picking up you were doing, that was freezing out there for most of the day

Handling was terrible until I checked when I GOT HOME and found 24psi at each end

A bit low, but with temp as it is a lot better than being over pressure.

Steering felt really really bad, and started a shimmy on a 90mph A road curve.

Need to have a real good setup on the suspension as well as the front felt quite 'pogo-ish'
