For FOOORRKK sake!!!

With only days to go before the first round, my fork seal has given up!!! its now dripping off the bottom of the stantion. I only did these seals about 3 trackdays ago. So think i will be hunting for some new ones between next rounds. But for now going to change the seal again. Thing is I have forgotten how much oil i should put in each leg. So going to have to empty both. What is it about 375ml?? from memory, have used the search button but cant find the info needed

cheers

But on a positive note, had the bike dyno'd today and she is running sweet as a nut and putting out 52.09bhp :)

In the workshop manual for Showa forks its 440cc and 108mm gap, and for Marzocchi, 390cc and 90mm gap to top of leg. What actually goes in there is one of the so called 'Black Arts'. I've got 100mm gap, why?, thats where Woods set it, seems o,k comresses down to 20mm from bottoming out.

Which Marzocchis is that Pete, the early 600 ones (up to 1999) or the later ones from the 2000/2001 Monster 600 and carried on into the Monster 620/800s
